EnerSys will exhibit an expanded range of energy storage systems and services at DISTRIBUTECH International in Booth #900. The DISTRIBUTECH event will be January 28 to 30 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas.
The EnerSys booth will highlight a range of products and services that include energy storage systems, Alpha industrial Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) and power conversion/conditioning systems, and components from the recently acquired NorthStar Battery Company and from the Alpha Technologies Group of companies (the Alpha Group), which was acquired late in 2018. “The acquisition of the Alpha Group and NorthStar Battery Company has expanded the selection of energy storage systems, production capacity for Thin Plate Pure Lead (TPPL) batteries, and service and consulting capabilities,” said George Brendahl, Utilities Marketing Manager at EnerSys. “Among the services we have enhanced are engineering, design, construction, installation and commissioning of projects, regardless of size, as well as preventative maintenance, repair and refurbishment of equipment. EnerSys also offers financing, logistics and recycling services, as well as our OptiGrid™ Stored Energy Solutions for integrating battery systems with power grids.”
