Spinach is one of those ingredients that you either love...or you HATE. We're in the first category, and want to sway you to the dark green side with us. Whether you wrinkle up your nose at the sight of a green leaf or buy a jumbo bag every week, these recipes will change your view on the veg forever. We’ve got everything from vibrant soups to creamy chicken dishes, all chock-FULL of spinach.
When we think spinach, our minds immediately go to spinach and artichoke dip. It’s probably one of our top favorite dips (and we’re ALL about dip at Delish). Don’t believe us? We have 7 (!!) iterations of the dip on this list, in everything from mains to appetizers. Hdpe Pp Woven Fabric

Another fave: creamed spinach. If you’ve only ever had it from frozen, you’re missing out. We like it so much, we’ve got the OG recipe, plus a number of other recipes that take inspiration from the combo of cream and spinach, like our bacon-wrapped cauliflower or creamed spinach-stuffed salmon. If you want the simplicity of creamed spinach without the dairy, try our sigeumchi namul (aka garlic-sesame sautéed spinach). Soy sauce and sesame pair perfectly with sautéed spinach, and it’s a delicious way to use up a ton of wilting greens at once.
Our last fave flavor combo involving spinach is Italian Tuscan. We’re not sure where the term originated (Olive Garden, maybe?), but even though we know it’s not the most authentic, we’re ALL about it. We generally take it to mean full of veggies like spinach, mushrooms, and red peppers, and you’ll find it here in our famous creamy Tuscan chicken, our creamy Tuscan white bean skillet, our Tuscan chicken pasta, and more.
Want more veggie inspiration? Check out our top asparagus, cabbage, and potato recipes too.
Be sure to have some crusty bread on hand, because this sauce is KILLER. And don't skip the suggested lemon wedges—the bit of acid helps cut through all the cream.

A Caprese salad is great, but sometimes we crave those flavors (and something a little more hearty) in the dead of winter. The solution? Stuff sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella, and spinach into chicken breasts for an Italian-inspired meal you can enjoy year-round.

Blackened and stuffed, these salmon fillets are packed with Cajun flavor and are quite easy to prepare for a last-minute, weeknight dinner. Tip: Ask the fish counter for pieces of salmon from the head side of the fish (opposed to the tail) so the fillets will be easier to stuff.

There’s nothing worse than scooping up a bite of dip and winding up with too much spinach, not enough artichoke, or a grainy texture. Our recipe nails the perfect proportions, and uses a trifecta of cream cheese, mayo, and sour cream to create the ultimate creamy texture.
