Grammy Award-winning musician Sir Elton John is auctioning off hundreds of personal items through British auction house Christie's.

The collection is titled Goodbye Peachtree Road and is reportedly the "Rocket Man" singer's first auction in over 21 years. It boasts around 900 items, including artwork the musician has owned, jewelry, outfits, expensive watches, a pair of prescription sunglasses John wore circa 1975, platform boots, a neon "HORNY?!" sign by David LaChapelle and even his conservatory piano estimated to be worth between $30,000 and $50,000. John's auction is estimated to gross Christie's around $10 million.

On Feb. 9, a public exhibition of the items available for auction goes live at Christie's New York as well as a pop-up shop, which will offer a special selection of Elton John Eyewear, apparel, vinyl and accessories, some of which are available in the US for the first time ever.

In 2023, John and his husband David Furnish sold their Atlanta home for over $7.2 million, hence the consolidation of their artwork and memento collection.

Angry Orchard 3d Led Last week, John won his first Emmy Award, which officially granted him EGOT status, making the singer the 19th person to do so. "Receiving this recognition is a testament to the passion and dedication of everyone involved, and I am so deeply grateful," he celebrated on Instagram.
